Sponsorship Pack
Bath of baked beans anyone?
Are you thinking of setting yourself a challenge in 2009? Why not raise sponsorship for local Bristol charities by joining an organised event like Bristol’s Biggest Bike Ride, or the Reebok Half Marathon or even organise one of your own?
We have a sponsorship pack ready to help set you up to succeed in any fundraising event you choose. If you are unsure of what to do we even have lists of ideas to give you a head start. Why not email us or call us on 0117 945 0949 and ask for our sponsorship pack.
Pack includes:
- Cherry D T-shirt – please specify Small/Medium/Large/XL
- Sponsorship form – ask everyone!
- Poster – put it up at work or in your local to help raise funds
- Collecting tin – please let us know contact name and address of person responsible.
- Post cards (x5) – post out to your friends and relatives to generate more interest
- Annual report (x2) – any info you need on Cherry D is all in here!
- Stickers (2 sheets) – give them to anyone who sponsors you
- Business Membership Leaflet – nominate Cherry D at work.
- Info on Cherry D Justgiving pages (online donations) – Set up your own page in 2 minutes or if you are riding Bristol's Bigest Bike Ride on 21st June why not join the Big Bike Ride Team fundraising page at http://www.justgiving.com/cherrydbbr2009

This year we are also asking every supporter if they can place a collecting tin for us (in your local pub/café/corner shop, use it to dump all your unwanted change or even as a swear box at work!) We just need to know the contact name and details of where it has been placed for our records.
We do ask for a £10 deposit/pack to cover our costs on the sponsorship packs (to be taken out of the sponsorship money raised) you can send a cheque to the address below or make a donation online via http://www.cherryd.org/donate-now/
Once you have completed the event, we ask that all sponsorship money is handed in within a month and an impressive printed fundraising certificate will be sent out to you with your total raised to show off to all your kind and generous sponsors.
