Cherry D Philanthropy Event
The Philanthropy event, sponsored by Rathbones, Towry Law and Triodos Bank and hosted by Alistair Sawday at Bordeaux Quay and was hailed as a resounding success.
Kirstie Royce – Cherry D’s tireless Development Manager launched the new Business Membership and outlined the benefits to the charities we support and the businesses who sign up. A Big Thank You to Barny and his team and also to Raj Soni for delicious wines and canapés.
James Wetz from one of our supported charities The Avon Sexual Abuse Centre made a truly impassioned speech which made us all think long and hard on how we can Give Back to Bristol.
Alastair Sawday summed up the evening by saying that Cherry D was ‘a local solution to a local problem and were a cool, intelligent and trendy charity’.
