- To uphold the principles of Cherry D: 'Cherry D exists to help community organisations make a progressive change by providing them with guidance, knowledge and expertise. Through building relationships between Bristol charities, businesses and individuals we aim to create a fully integrated local economy'
- To use Cherry D's logo in the promotion of services, facilities and products
- To display the current year's membership certificate and remove the certificate if for any reason membership lapses.
- Where a member engages in fundraising activities, it is agreed that donations received will be returned to Cherry D on a quarterly basis unless otherwise agreed. A fundraising certificate will be forwarded upon receipts of funds.
- Fundraising income will be directed to community work within Bristol.
- To deal promptly and courteously with all enquiries and requests for further information from customers and clients, regarding community work and the work of Cherry D.
